Marriage – NOT one soul!

You don’t own me
I’m not just one of your many toys
You don’t own me
Don’t say I can’t go with other boys

Don’t tell me what to do
And don’t tell me what to say
Please when I go out with you
Don’t put me on display ’cause

You don’t own me
Don’t try to change me in any way
You don’t own me
Don’t tie me down
‘Cause I’ll never stay

Oh I don’t tell you what to say
And I don’t tell you what to do
So just let me be myself
That’s all I ask of you

I’m young and I love to be young
Free and I love to be free
To live my life the way I want
To say and do whatever I please

You don’t tell me what to do
And you don’t tell me what to say
And please when I go out with you
Don’t put me on display ’cause

Oh I don’t tell you what to say baby
And I don’t tell you what to do…

“The Act of Killing” documentary review (4/5)

What is the meaning of the first and last scenes of the film??
Surrealism
Can it be somehow related to pornography?

Compare with “Jigarthanda” (Tamil movie) – acting (reverse re-enactment) >> humanizing of the monster-villain

Emote, emote, emote…… or fuck off!!!

Distinguish:
War,
Murder &
Genocide
“I just did what my conscience told me…!”
“We need gangsters (‘free men’)… to get things done!”
Compare with Narendra Modi & co. in India!?

“Demolition” movie review (3.5/5 – Hit)

No death, no new life!
Life + loss = resurrection (something beyond life and death)!

What do his career and personality have to do with each other?

Could all tragedies somehow be blessings in disguise??

Distinguish:
Destruction
&
Deconstruction

“Pay attention… & take care…”

Jake Gyllenhaal is becoming one of my favorite actors (somewhat like Michael Fassbender)

Ashland Bridge in Yorklyn, Delaware, USA

More than a century after it was built, the Ashland Covered Bridge was recorded, in 1965, as one of the last three intact covered bridges in Delaware. It was restored in 2008 and is one of the centrepieces of Yorklyn, where residents are using it to demonstrate the importance of the town’s role in local history. On a crisp autumn day, like the one pictured here, crossing the bridge over Red Clay Creek must feel like a small trip back in time.
