The ending was too melodramatic & dumb – fairy-taleish. Very disappointed, after the rousing & provocative beginning & development.

Something different & provocative in Tamil cinema, but does not maintain the realism untit the end. Does not live up to the standards set by (similar) movies like இரைவி.

“Star Wars: The Last Jedi”
The second half lives up to the expectations nicely built up by the first! The movie goes out with a bang, not a whimper.
I feel somewhat like Luke Skywalker – voluntary retirement & complete isolation, loss of faith in the religious order & conventional warfare.
Watched in IMAX 3D (courtesy Chris Joseph)!
The republic & the empire are not that distinct! It is the spiritual warriors (Jedi/resistance) that needs to do the hard work of figuring out what it means to be & stay faithful in such a situation……
