– Reflections on marriage:
1. We should have periodic free speech sessions when we can blabber, scold, rant, etc., without being taken too seriously, or getting triggered & reacting. The expression itself might act as catharsis and prevent more damaging resentments and grievances.
2. We have significant differences, so there are things we strongly dislike about each other, but we still do love/desire living together.
3. Each should continue working on oneself if we both are to have the capacity to face the tension & challenges between us.
