Trying to suppress the truth by clouding facts…
I can see some parallels between the Mapes and my marriage.
Can capitalism and democracy coexist??
Psa. 11:3 – “When the foundations are being destroyed, what can the righteous do?”
Corruption – what can (a handful of) individuals do when the institutions of democracy fail to support (& even actively hinder) them in their pursuit of truth, under the omniscient eyes and omnipotent hands, of Power??
Mat. 5:6 – “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.”
Mat. 5:8 – “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.”
Mat. 5:10 – “Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”
Is there any hope at all?
